Meet Louie

I've neglected to share an exciting addition to my life. His name is Louie and he's a lovable, long hair chihuahua. I got him over Spring break, so we're honing in on three weeks together. Really I couldn't ask for a better puppy. Potty training is going great, a few accidents here and there but he's picking it up so fast. He's sleeping through the night in his little crate without a peep and he's pretty content chewing on his own toys rather than furniture or pillows. Although, he'll make a snack of your fingers if you let him. I'll just cross my fingers and hope he stays this good!

I love having a little buddy to hang around with. There's a great park right across the street from my apartment that we love to visit. He doesn't even need a leash, he just walks right by my side. I've always wanted a dog that would do that!

Of course like all puppies, he spends a LOT of time sleeping. And I'm okay with that, because who can resist this little, sleepy ball of fluff?
