Can't let the season pass without an Autmnal post now can I? It seems it's everyone's favorite season, myself included. These are scenes of a walk through the park this week. We don't always see the beautiful reds, oranges, and yellows in North Texas that those in other parts of the country are so accustomed to. This year we got lucky with a lovely display in the branches above.
Thanksgiving was spent cheering on the Cowboys at Texas Stadium (Sorry Dolphins fans!), a first experience for me. Here's my sister and I before going inside:
And today, I gorged on Thanksgiving food at my grandparent's house in Weatherford. Mmm, love that green bean casserole! On the way home, I picked up one of these bad boys (last one in the store!).
It's a Singer 14CG754 Serger and it's on sale for $179.99 right now at Joann. The sale lasts until Sunday and they have some great deals on beginner sewing machines as well, if you're in the market.
I'll give the report on the serger later (:
What did you do for Thanksgiving? Did you take advantage of any of the Black Friday sales?
