I know it's been a while since I've posted a real post. Even longer since I posted a sewing tutorial. Yikes has it really, been since November?!
I can assure you that I have been working hard to share some new projects with you. The problem is, I have about half a dozen unfinished projects laying around and none that are totally ready to share. Do you ever have that problem? It makes for some very inefficient blogging.
So I thought I'd share some sneak peeks on what's to come soon. Well hopefully sooner than later. School just started back up and I'm overwhelmed by the work load this semester. It's safe to say that I am SICK of group projects.
Anyways, here's what I'm working on. Hope this gets you excited about what's to come!
A Target clearance find with a little renovation
Eek! A free pdf pattern. Be excited.
Remember when I tried embroidery way back when? Well I've made a teeny bit of progress since then.
I was really excited to find the pleated skirt at Goodwill. A little length off should give it the update it needs.
Another super cool thrifted treasure. I'm still on the fence on what to do with it though...
And a tutorial for the It's a Cinch Bag is just around the corner!
Anything catch your eye?
(;
A tutorial for the Cinch Bag? With zippered lining? Yes, please! I could always use another bag for easy textbook toting. I'm excited to see everything else that's coming up, too! ^-^
ReplyDeletehaha i laughed when you said you had a bunch of unfinished projects laying around. story. of. my. life. it drives my husband crazy! haha you're not alone.

I look forward to the bag tutorial!
ReplyDeleteAAAAHHHH, you're killing me, Katy! I drooled over the adorable fabric on that SAME Target shirt this week and couldn't get past the funk-tastic sleeves. Why it didn't cross my mind to just alter them, I'll never know. I may have to head back to Target now ;-) I'm excited to see your new top!
ReplyDeleteI think I have 6 different projects started right now and school has definitely left them at a little bit of a halt... It happens to the best of us!! I'm certainly not learning though - I find myself going out and buying supplies for some other new project that I just can't wait to add to the queue! Maybe I'll finish one soon? Or just keep shopping... :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like my crafting space full of unfinished projects!
ReplyDeleteLove your blog!

Look at it this way... you're just a teeny-tiny statistic inside the big income image. No offense, but you are not worth the work for them to complete what it takes to truly knock you down, after you know how to defend your self.
